Shipping Policy

Basic Shipping Information

The basic shipping option is $5.99 USD. The standard insured shipping rate is $11.95 USD. This option includes product protection and has priority fulfillment.  For free items, individual shipping costs apply to each free item causing the total amount to vary. Also for free items, the only option is the standard insured shipping option. Free shipping is rewarded to those who order more than $75 USD in a single order. Items with free shipping will be shipped and processed to you as soon as possible. Due to a high volume of orders, our shipping times range anywhere from 1-4 weeks on average. Rare instances may cause a delay in the shipping of your product, and in some cases (extremely rare) you may receive your order anywhere from 4-6 weeks (highly unlikely).

Orders are guaranteed to be processed within 1 to 7 business days upon receipt of your order. Note that this is not a shipping date.

All items arrive usually within 2 weeks but in some rare cases please allow 1-4 business weeks for shipping. If you still have not received your purchase after that time frame, please notify us at sales@classicocristallo.com

We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible (usually within 72 hours) but there might be some delays – especially after releases or mass volume orders on a product! Your patience is appreciated.

Almost anywhere in the world! We want to ensure our customers are not biased into one location. We make sure our amazing customers all over the world can be accessible to our amazing products. Unfortunately, we only accept USD dollars as our currency as of now.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we, unfortunately, cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you. But if it has been less than 1 hour since you ordered your item(s) then contact us IMMEDIATELY and we CAN fix the address.
