Refund Policy

Refunds & Exchanges

 

Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your item arrived at your doorstep, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

 

If you have not received your product within 60 days of ordering (This is usually never the case unless our warehouses run out of stock), we will happily refund your purchase. If your item is defective, damaged, or any other problems occur with the item, trash it or do as you please with the item, we will send you a refund immediately! Damaged Items:

As stated above damaged items qualify for a total refund. Simply send us a picture of the damaged product. Then to complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 

Non-returnable items:

Gift cards

 

Free Items

Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds for free items. 

 

Please do not send your refunded purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds:

We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

If the refund payment has still not come through, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@classicocristallo.com.

 

 

Promotional items:

We will attempt to refund any items on sale, if an item you bought was a free gift with purchase, unfortunately, we cannot give you a refund. If you have any questions then email us at sales@classicocristallo.com.

 

 

Exchanges:

We understand that shopping online for clothes can be hard, and a little scary with the constant fear of not knowing how an item will fit. That is why you can try an item on first, and if is does not fit right, we will exchange the current item with a replacement in a better size as long as it has just been tried on and not heavily used.

To begin this process, send us an email at sales@classicocristallo.com and after confirmation from us send the item you wish to exchange to the address below. Please do not send the purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will try to get it to you as soon as possible.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
